It seems to be getting a 500 error?

Yeah, I went to do an update, and the website freaked on me. I go to restore from backup, and am unable So Hawk Host has had a ticket in for almost a week now, they seem to be unable to restore as well. Not sure what the heck is going on but not getting any support. They keep lowering the priority of the ticket, and the whole site is down. Definitely leaving these guys if things ever get straightened out. They never respond, tickets been left open and priority lowered. They just keep saying they escalated it, but nothing has came of it.

Well, it seems the online social network thing was hard to take off, so now the site is a bit different now.
