Have you ever join a forum that will pay you for each and every post that you make? I actually have before and the pay to post ratio was so low that I ended up losing interest and eventually left the forum.

Yeah, sites with lots of activity help keep is all moving easier.
It's really hard to find an active pay-to-post forum, as most starting forums will do this to increase activity.

I don't know any forums that pay rates which are worth working for (more than $0.01 a post at least) which have over 250k posts...
