Do you let things get to you easily from annoying people or situations? If so, how? I always let people get inside my head and just annoy me by setting a fire on the inside of my body. I blow up from steam and anger. However, I've been using this app to keep my calm, more often. It helps me keep calm rather than just pushing over the edge. But when I get stressed, my chest starts to hurt really, really bad. I used to have heart problems and I can't allow them to take over my life, again. So, do you let things stress you out?

The only thing that really stresses me out is procrastination. And I'm terrible at shaking it. I almost only ever do papers the night before. Really things with deadlines will stress me out.

What stresses me out is people who disrespect me. Truth is, if you're not going to respect me then you're not going to be respected by me.
I have been known to be a "tad" aggressive, shall we say, when I'm stressed out...

Most social situations stress me out. A lot. I'm horrible at coping with stress, I breathe really hard and my eyes start to water, then I usually get a horrible itch on my hands and arms, and I just need to keep itching them, and they usually end up bleeding Which doesn't exactly help the situation out. Crossing the road and cars also stress me out, but I've been getting better with that.
