I skip breakfast and lunch every single day of my life. Occasional, I will eat lunch. Sometimes I don't even eat dinner. What about you? Do you ever skip a meal? The only reason I don't always eat is because I lose my appetite. I refuse to eat if I'm not hungry.

I used to skip out on breakfast for time reasons. I don't typically enjoy what's on the menu for breakfast either. But since I've been totally without energy I'm trying to eat breakfast.
I usually have a pretty good appetite.

Don't eat breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner
I don't like school food. Plus, sometimes I just don't like what's on the menu for dinner.

As much as I like food, I generally miss Breakfast, and depending if Im working, I will have a late lunch, and dinner on shift, always have dinner
If im not working, and im at home, Ill skip lunch, if im out and about, Ill have a quick snack, and call it lunch.

On school days, I generally don't eat breakfast or dinner. On weekends, I usually fast. I wish I had a better reason, but I just don't particularly like eating or the effects of it. And I'm not usually hungry unless it's for something amazing (like raisins or clementines).

As a diabetic I really can't go around skipping meals as it plays around with my body. I used to not have breakfast though.

I don't eat a lot. Usually a soda and a sandwich will sit for a day.

I do skip breakfast often, because I got no appetite at all in the morning. I can't stand the sight of food.

Yes, this is me right here. I ALWAYS skip breakfast and lunch. I never really feel like making breakfast or making lunch of my own. The reason I don't eat is because usually there is nothing to eat around the house until I go and buy something. (which is usually lateish. 3pm or 5pm usually) Whenever I am in college I almost always eat breakfast and lunch there, though.

Yeah, sometimes, I feel really full in the morning, and really can't stand the sight of food, or I'm just too lazy to make my breakfast as this user said.

I live alone and don't really have anyone to cook meals for (except on the weekends when my kid is here), so I usually just eat whatever to make my stomach stop growling. I dont really have the traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday.

I used to skip breakfast alot when I was younger and also when I started living in my own home I would continue to do it but over the last year or so now I have made it so that I now eat 3 meals a day.

I skip breakfast every single day. It isn't really optional, it's just because I don't have enough time in my mornings to be able to have it.

As I've told Cody many times before, skipping meals is very bad for you. It may not seem like it at the time, but it really does add up in the end and it's not good for your health.
I kind of have to laugh at your statement above, Cody, that you don't have time for breakfast because I know you do considering you're online before you to go school. :-p If you cut out going online you could easily find something to eat.
Either way, I used to skip meals, but I found out it was doing more bad than good so I stopped doing that. Plus, having my operation requires that I don't skip meals, so I don't. Even if I just have a carnations instant breakfast it's better than nothing because my body is getting the nutrients it needs.

True, skipping meals is very bad. It might be different if you are used not to eat breakfast or lunch, or only eat a little. But if you used to have a good set of eating schedule but suddenly skip it, it will really hurt your stomach.
I try hard not to skip any meals. Sometimes classes come suddenly so I can't help it, but I try to always have something my stomach has to work for.

I used to eat 3 meals a day; but now if I miss breakfast, I end up eating a big lunch. I guess, I just can't be bothered to go out of my way to eat more than once a day unless I really need to.
