Super Moderators
Wanted:1 for right now
If you are mostly active, are extremely helpful, and is really nice to everybody, then I would suggest being a super moderator.

Chat Moderator
Wanted:1-2
If you like spending time chatting with people, are a fast typer, and know most of the chatbox commands, I would suggest being a chat moderator.

Site Artist
Wanted:1 for right now
If you are really good with graphics (whatever system you use; GIMP, Paint, Photoshop, etc.) then I would suggest being a site artist. I would have to see at least one example first.

Should not hire staff until you have some topics and members. Staff is not needed yet.

maybe he needs an assistant to help him.
to help him start some noise around the forum
