Pros
The theme is simple. Easy to look at.
The index isn't too cluttered.
Nice stats.

Cons
I don't think the color for hovering over forums (yellow) goes with the theme. Maybe something lighter than the color before hovering.

That is a very awesome looking forum. However, you need to change the text color on the forum categories section bar thing to white.
