My Requirements:

Hiya, I'm quite urgently hiring a Global Mod OR a technician for my new forum. (Preferably both) .

I'm currently running phpBB3, on my own server, so if you're at all good at installing MODs on phpBB3, you could be tech. If not, then Global Mod it would be! Basically, it's a new debate forum, and as you'd expect, debates can get... erm, heated. Plus, you get a nice colored rank so people consider your debate arguments more important

Now, I know you want it to be "semi-popular". Unfortuantely, it's not really. However, I have my school teacher joining, and a few other people that have promised to join this week. Plus, you don't need heaps of people to have a successful debate. ALSO, it's extremely original, if you ask me.
