I'm trying to make it successful and I think it's doing great, thus-far.

So, how can I improve it?

It's looking god so far, Cody, I can't say much about it.

Several ideas on my head:
1). I don't really like the seem-to-be-empty navigation bar at the top of the page; you have to hover to it so the tabs of "Administrators", "Moderators", etc. would be seen. It looks strange.
2). Maybe you want to add sort options? Like if people want to search based on the genre of the site, the payment offered, etc. Make employers give more information as much as possible.

It looks very plain. Put some color into the forum, make it look amazing. Also, that ad on the top has to move to the sides. The ad would attract the wrong crowd as it seems important where it is.

Phio, I was having a small CSS error. All of that should be fixed.

Very good name, i don't think that there is anything like it on the internet. It can be very hard to find staff for a forum. Keep it going. Definately a very good resource.
